As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and positive customer experience by handling inbound calls, chats, and support tickets ensuring timely and accurate query resolution. Key Responsibilities
● Handle customer support across calls, chats, and support tickets with professionalism and empathy.
● Provide accurate information and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
● Handle customer interactions in the languages confirmed for the role.
● Manage assigned interaction targets efficiently while maintaining service quality and strong CSAT
Candidate Requirements
● Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
● Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support /Voice Process (Domestic or International)
● Experience handling high volume of calls and chats.
● Comfortable working in rotational shifts (8:00 AM -12:00 AM window).
● Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
● NBFC, Banking, or Fintech experience is an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
