Job Description:
1. Identify when the team needs new hardware/software. Research the best options and present cost-benefit analyses to management.
2. Handle end-to-end purchasing, from getting vendor quotes to final setup and installation of IT assets and gazettes.
3. Manage systems by implementing, installing, upgrading and configuring hardware, software, systems and printers.
4. Ensure system securities and troubleshooting IT issues by providing technical support throughout the company in daily basis.
5. Maintain records and reports of all IT assets in the company.
6. Implement and monitor regular data backup protocols to prevent data loss.
7. Coordinate with the vendors and follow up them for the immediate solutions.
8. New camera Installation, Existing maintenance, shifting, vendor management Etc related to CCTV
9. Manage high-speed internet connections, Wi-Fi stability, and firewall security.
10. Respond in a timely manner to service issue and request.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
