Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to promote Vagamon Adventure Park and generate business through tour operators, travel agencies, hotels, resorts, corporate companies, schools, colleges, and other institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, hotels, resorts, and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
- Generate group, corporate, school, college, and institutional bookings.
- Promote park packages, offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into bookings.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Support the Business Development Manager in developing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain regular sales reports, client databases, and follow-up records.
- Ensure strong relationships with existing business partners and encourage repeat bookings.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, tourism, travel, hospitality, or a related field.
- Good network among tour operators, travel agencies, hotels, resorts, or corporate companies preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel for business development activities.
- Good knowledge of Malayalam and English; Hindi/Tamil will be an advantage.
- Energetic, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Performance
The position will be target and performance oriented, with incentives linked to business generation and sales achievement.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
