We are looking for recruiter who will be responsible for hiring candidates for RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, and RCM domain knowledge.
- Understand requirements for various RCM/healthcare processes and positions.
- Conduct initial HR/recruiter screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. .
- Ensure timely closures for open positions.
- 1-2 years of experience in RCM recruitment
- Good knowledge of US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
