Job Description – Pediatric Physiotherapist Organization: Active Learning Child Development Center Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Position: Pediatric Physiotherapist Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and enthusiastic Pediatric Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary child development team. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for infants and children with developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions while working closely with families and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive pediatric physiotherapy assessments. - Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings. - Provide therapy for children with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Genetic Disorders, Neuromuscular Disorders, and other pediatric conditions. - Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as required. - Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and functional training. - Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports. - Collaborate with speech therapists, special educators, pediatricians, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. - Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement. Qualifications - Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) – Mandatory. - MPT (Neurology/Pediatrics) – Preferred but not mandatory. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. - Valid registration with the State Physiotherapy Council (where applicable). Required Skills - Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively with children and families. - Professional attitude with a willingness to learn. - Team-oriented and responsible. Salary Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
