A Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for managing a specific kitchen section (grill, sauté, pasta, cold kitchen, etc.), ensuring high-quality preparation, cooking, and presentation of Continental dishes while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Continental dishes such as pastas, risottos, soups, sauces, salads, grilled meats, and appetizers.
- Manage mise en place and ensure readiness for service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Supervise and train Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
- Assist the Sous Chef/Executive Chef with menu planning and daily operations.
- Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and food wastage.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Develop daily specials and contribute to menu innovation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
