The Production Planning Executive is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities using Marg ERP. The role ensures timely availability of raw materials, efficient utilization of resources, and on-time completion of production orders while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and demand.
- Create and monitor production orders in Marg ERP.
- Verify raw material availability before releasing production.
- Coordinate with the Purchase department for material procurement.
- Work with the Stores team to issue raw materials and receive finished goods.
- Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and update production status in Marg ERP.
- Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and production records.
- Track production targets and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure products meet specifications.
- Generate daily production, inventory, and MIS reports from Marg ERP.
- Reconcile system stock with physical inventory.
- Identify production delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹10,966.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month
