Center Manager Job Description.
1) Brief about the Position / Responsibilities
The Center Manager will be responsible for handling the overall operations of the center, managing staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, achieving business targets, and maintaining high standards of client/student satisfaction.
2) Job Description
- Manage daily center operations efficiently.
- Supervise and guide the team for better performance.
- Ensure achievement of admission/revenue/operational targets.
- Handle client/student queries and escalations professionally.
- Maintain records, reports, and center documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Management teams.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and staff productivity.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
3) Reporting and Team
- Reporting To: Regional Manager / Operations Head
- Team Handling: Counselors, Trainers, Admin Staff, and Support Team
4) Work Location & Language Spoken
- Work Location: Chennai
- Languages Preferred: English and Regional Language
5) Skill Set Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
6) Grade & Salary

- Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience
7) Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in center operations or team handling

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
