Job Overview:
iMark Infotech is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong focus on product sales through cold calling and outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, initiating first contact with potential clients, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and engage potential clients across target markets.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound sales strategies, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Present and pitch company products/services effectively to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent prospecting efforts.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.
- Experience selling digital products/services (SEO, web, SaaS, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Performance Metrics:
- Daily/weekly call volume targets
- Lead conversion rate
- Number of qualified meetings/demos booked
- Revenue generated from outbound efforts
