Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations unlock value from enterprise platforms and digital technologies across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations. As an SAP SD Functional Consultant, you will work with business, operations, and technology teams to support transformation initiatives that strengthen order-to-cash processes, sales operations, customer fulfillment, and enterprise performance.
In this role, you will help design, configure, and optimize SAP Sales and Distribution solutions that align business requirements with operational goals. With Deloitte’s industry knowledge, functional experience, and collaborative delivery approach, you will help clients improve process efficiency, enhance business operations, and deliver scalable outcomes across their transformation journey.
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Support SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) application activities across implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs, configuration decisions, and test scenarios for SAP SD processes.
- Perform hands-on configuration and support for sales, deliveries, transportation, shipment, and billing processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global delivery teams to support issue resolution, testing, deployment, and timely project delivery.
- Contribute to project meetings, documentation, user training, and continuous learning initiatives while supporting junior team members as needed.

Location: Bengaluru / Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune
Shift Timings: 24x7 shifts, including night shift as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, application support, or integration with one or more SAP modules
- Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, prototyping, testing, training, and supporting SAP business applications
- Experience conducting solution design workshops and translating business requirements into functional deliverables
- Experience with hands-on SAP SD configuration in sales, deliveries, transportation, shipment, and billing processes
- Experience with solution testing, defect analysis, end-user training, and deployment support
- Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and global delivery teams across project phases
- BE, BTech, MCA, MSc (Computer Science), or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), SAP Transportation Management (TM), or SAP Hybris
- Experience working across both small and large delivery teams
