Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Commerce, including subjects such as Business Studies, Accountancy, and Economics.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students excel academically.
- Maintain an inclusive and interactive classroom environment that fosters critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Encourage participation in commerce-related extracurricular activities such as business clubs, financial literacy programs, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams related to commerce.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school administration for curriculum development and student progress monitoring.
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and discipline as per school policies.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic performance and progress.
