Job Description – Cluster Head (Abacus Centers)
Position Title: Cluster Head – Abacus Learning Centers
Department: Operations & Academics
Reporting To: Director / Regional Head
Centers Managed: 10–15 Abacus Centers
Role Summary
The Cluster Head is responsible for overseeing the academic performance, operational excellence, business growth, and team management of 10–15 Abacus centers. The role ensures consistent quality of teaching, student satisfaction, enrollment growth, staff development, and adherence to company standards across all assigned centers. Similar multi-center education leadership roles typically combine responsibility for operations, academic quality, admissions, revenue targets, and people management.
Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls and enquiries from parents
- Managing batch schedules and teacher coordination
- Keeping the office space organized
- Calling Parents for Fees
Requirements:
- Only for Women candidates
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and punctual
- Languages Required: English, Marathi, Hindi
- Prior admin experience preferred, but freshers can apply
