Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the concerned section/team.
- Ensure customers are comfortably settled inside the store.
- Maintain positive customer interaction throughout the visit.
- Provide basic information about products, offers, and store services.
- Coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the reception/front area.
- Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
- Support store operations and customer engagement activities.
Eligibility Criteria Education
- Any Graduate / Intermediate / Degree
Experience
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front office are preferred.
