Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Officer to drive sales of financial products such as Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and Investments. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, leadership skills, and the ability to achieve business targets while building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Promote Savings, Investments, Fixed Deposits, and other financial products.
- Generate new business through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Conduct sales meetings and track team performance.
- Coordinate with branch teams to improve conversions and customer service.
- Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or NBFC.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and lead a sales team.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
