We are a growing apparel brand specializing in innerwear and shapewear, selling across leading e-commerce platforms in India. As we expand, we are looking to hire a Candidate for Customer Care Executive to join our team and help us deliver an excellent customer experience.
Role: Customer Care Executive
Location: On-site at our Vasai East office
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Handle issues related to orders, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure fast and friendly communication to maintain high satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Good typing speed and strong written communication skills.
- Prior customer service experience (preferably in e-commerce or apparel) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must be located in or around Vasai East and able to work from the office.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
