Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display Networks, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Drive qualified enquiries for residential treatment programs and outpatient consultations.
- Develop audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, intent signals, and customer behavior.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize lead quality and return on investment.
- Continuously test and optimize campaign performance through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing pages.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Monitor and optimize the entire lead journey from enquiry to admission.
- Improve enquiry quality and conversion rates.
- Work closely with telecalling, admissions, and front-office teams to improve lead-to-admission conversion.
- Track and optimize Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Revenue Attribution.
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and CRM integrations.
- Develop dashboards and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Present marketing performance and growth opportunities to management.
Website & Landing Page Optimization
- Work with designers, developers, and content teams to improve landing page conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing of landing pages, offers, creatives, and messaging.
- Improve website performance and user experience to increase enquiry generation.
SEO & Organic Growth Support
- Coordinate with internal and external SEO resources.
- Support content and keyword strategies focused on treatment programs and healthcare services.
- Monitor organic traffic and lead generation performance.
Creative Strategy
- Collaborate with content creators, photographers, videographers, and designers.
- Develop and test creative concepts, patient success stories, testimonials, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and market expansion.
