Job Summary
SRM Group is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement operations for our Industrial Catering division. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in purchasing food, grocery, FMCG, kitchen consumables, and operational materials while ensuring cost optimization, quality standards, and timely procurement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for industrial catering operations.
- Source and negotiate with vendors to achieve the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure timely procurement of food products, raw materials, packaging, and kitchen consumables.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and operations teams.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment follow-up.
Candidate Requirements
- 10–20 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Mandatory experience in Industrial Catering Procurement.
- Candidates with experience in Hotels, Hospitality, Restaurants, Food Processing, or Institutional Catering will be preferred.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of food procurement, inventory control, and purchase documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Purchase Management systems
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
