About the Role
We're looking for energetic, customer-focused, and goal-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Tele-Sales Executives.
In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their loan application journey. You'll help customers understand loan products, complete applications, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth experience from application to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers and explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Guide customers through the loan application process.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM/software systems.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Achieve daily follow-up targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, Email, and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong listening and convincing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele-Sales, Customer Service, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Loan Processing, or Customer Support.
- Experience in handling customer interactions over phone calls is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
