Khushnuma Sales is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Apparel & Footwear Designer to join our growing team!
Location: Gurugram, Sector 48
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and trend-driven apparel & footwear designs
- Develop sketches, mood boards, concepts & technical specifications
- Research fashion trends, customer preferences & competitor products
- Select fabrics, materials, colors, prints, trims & embellishments
- Develop seasonal collections aligned with brand identity
- Design ethnic footwear, juttis, casual & fashion footwear
- Create detailed design specifications and production artwork
- Coordinate with artisans, vendors, sourcing & production teams
- Monitor product quality and ensure design accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing & merchandising teams for product launches
- Maintain design documentation and product development records
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, Apparel Design or related field
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in apparel, footwear or fashion product design
✔ Strong knowledge of fabrics, textiles, trims & footwear materials
✔ Excellent understanding of fashion trends and color combinations
✔ Creative, proactive and detail-oriented mindset
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or CorelDRAW
✔ Good communication and team coordination skills
