ASAP Academy is looking for a motivated Telecaller to assist in recruiting students for our educational programs. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, providing detailed information about courses, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students to promote ASAP Academy’s courses.
Explain course details, benefits, and admission procedures to students and answer their questions.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals.
Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring they have all necessary information.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and enrollments in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets set by the management.
Stay updated on the academy’s programs, admission requirements, and deadlines.
Address any concerns or queries students may have regarding the courses and admissions.
