Electrical Maintenance
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in poultry houses, hatchery support systems, utility areas, and farm infrastructure.
- Maintain electrical panels, distribution boards, wiring systems, motors, pumps, fans, lighting systems, and automation equipment.
- Ensure reliable operation of generators, transformers, UPS systems, and backup power systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
Team Management
- Bring and maintain a team of five (5) qualified electrical technicians/electricians upon joining.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate the activities of the electrical maintenance team.
- Assign daily work schedules and monitor work quality and productivity.
- Ensure 24/7 availability of maintenance support through proper shift planning and manpower allocation.
Equipment and Utility Management
- Monitor the performance of ventilation, cooling, feeding, and water supply systems from an electrical perspective.
- Ensure all electrical equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Maintain adequate stock of electrical spare parts, cables, switches, breakers, motors, and consumables.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with farm biosecurity requirements.
- Conduct electrical safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs, and inspections.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
