The Human Resource Executive is responsible for supporting and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, training and development, and compliance with company policies and labour laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to maintaining a positive work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Selection
- Assist in manpower planning and hiring activities.
- Draft and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programmes.
- Complete joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Manage exit procedures, clearance processes, and final settlements.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Help maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and disciplinary matters.
Payroll & Attendance Management
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Maintain records related to benefits, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee goals, KPIs, and performance reviews.
- Support implementation of performance improvement plans.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
- Organise training sessions, workshops, and development programmes.
- Maintain training records and evaluate programme effectiveness.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain employee databases and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee-related analytics.
- Support audits and compliance inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management preferred.
- Relevant HR certifications will be an advantage.
Required Skills

Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Human Resources or related functions.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll support, and employee engagement preferred.

Working Conditions
- Full-time office-based role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
