We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Admission Counsellor to support prospective families through the admission process at Maple Bear Canadian Preschool, an Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) institution in Panchkula, Sector 26. The role involves guiding parents, managing applications, conducting campus tours, and providing information about our programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information about the school and its programs to prospective parents.
- Manage the admissions process from inquiry to registration.
- Conduct campus tours and answer parent inquiries.
- Assist with open days and school events.
- Maintain accurate records in the admissions database.
- Follow up with families to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in admissions or customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of early childhood education is a plus.
