Job Summary
The Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, maintaining records, managing facilities, and assisting management in operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative activities and office coordination.
- Maintain and update administrative records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate with departments for operational requirements.
- Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other support services.
- Assist in vendor coordination and service follow-ups.
- Support employee onboarding and administrative formalities.
- Prepare reports, letters, circulars, and official communications.
- Ensure availability of office and departmental supplies.
- Assist management during inspections, audits, and meetings.
- Address general administrative issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of hospital and employee information.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualification
- Any Degree (B.Com / BBA / BA / MBA preferred).
- Diploma in Hospital Administration will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in Administration / Hospital Administration preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹15,709.69 - ₹22,578.93 per month
