Job Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out smoothly
- Attend phone calls and manage reservations/bookings
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain guest records and billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Handle basic cash transactions and daily reports
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (basic English required)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / hotel software preferred)
- Pleasant personality and professional behavior
- Experience in hotel/resort front office preferred
- Freshers with good communication can also apply
