Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Nursing Staff to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during medical procedures, and ensure smooth functioning of healthcare services. The candidate should be responsible, attentive, and capable of handling patients with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.)
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Maintain patient records and documentation accurately
- Provide first aid and emergency care when required
- Assist in conducting medical tests (blood sample collection, ECG, etc.)
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workplace
- Educate patients about health, hygiene, and medications
- Support in pre-employment and routine medical check-ups
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute
- Valid nursing registration (if applicable)
- Basic knowledge of medical procedures and patient care
Experience
- Freshers can apply
- 1–3 years of experience in clinic/hospital/diagnostic center preferred
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, record keeping)
- Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally
- Attention to detail and hygiene practices
Working Conditions
- Day shift / rotational shifts (depending on requirement)
- Field visits may be required (for camps or corporate medical check-ups)
