HR Generalist || JP Nagar Phase 1, Bangalore

Salary (Probation – First 6 Months): ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Generalist who will initially focus on Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR Administration during the first six months.
Post probation, the role will evolve into a full-spectrum HR Operations position covering employee lifecycle management, onboarding to offboarding, engagement initiatives, learning & development, and benefits administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesPhase 1 – First 6 Months (TA + HR Administration)
Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and vendor networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule panels.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer rollouts and joining formalities.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation.
- Support HR MIS and reporting.
- Assist with attendance records and basic payroll inputs.
- Coordinate background verification and joining documentation.
- Support policy circulation and internal HR communications.
Phase 2 – Post Probation (Expanded HR Operations Role)
In addition to the above, the role will grow to include:
HR Operations & Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding programs and employee induction.
- Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Support offboarding and exit interviews.
- Ensure statutory and internal compliance documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Drive engagement initiatives, celebrations, surveys, and culture-building activities.
- Support communication campaigns and internal events.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Track learning calendars and training feedback.
- Maintain training records and reports.
Compensation & Benefits Support
- Assist in benefits administration and employee queries.
- Coordinate insurance enrollments and renewals.
- Support compensation benchmarking and HR reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
