The TGT Mathematics Teacher is responsible for teaching mathematics to students in middle classes, creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress and fostering analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics according to the school's curriculum and academic standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments and teaching materials.
- Conduct classroom teaching using interactive and student-centered methods.
- Assess students through tests, quizzes, projects, and examinations.
- Identify students requiring additional support and provide remedial instruction.
- Integrate practical applications into mathematics teaching.
- Manage classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Perform examination-related duties and other responsibilities assigned by the school administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Bachelor's in Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics concepts.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
