What you will do:
- Develop business opportunities within the steel, coking, and allied industries.
- Promote AI-based industrial automation and digital transformation solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with plant engineers, consultants, and senior management.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and presentations.
- Support tendering, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Track project progress and support the sales process through completion.
- Coordinate with technical teams in India and overseas.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
What you must have:
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial marketing, business development, technical sales, or engineering
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial, or related discipline)
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Good proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel across India
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and technology
- Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to customers
Knowledge of steel or coking plant operations is an advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, we are happy to train motivated candidates.
