Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Marketing / Sales Executive to promote products and services directly to customers in the assigned territory. The role involves customer acquisition, field marketing activities, lead generation, and achieving sales targets through direct interaction with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new customers
- Promote company products and services through direct customer engagement
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
- 1 to 5 years of experience in B2C Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Marketing
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered
