Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all hospital areas.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate work assignments to housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular rounds and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure adequate availability and proper usage of housekeeping materials and equipment.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning protocols, infection control, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records related to housekeeping activities, attendance, and inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to address housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
- Ensure adherence to NABH guidelines, infection control practices, and hospital policies.
- Handle patient and staff complaints related to housekeeping services and take corrective actions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
