2. Marketing & Lead Generation
- Campaign Management: Planning and running multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, content, social media) tailored to business audiences.
- Content Creation: Overseeing high-value assets like case studies, white papers, and thought leadership webinars.
- Lead Qualification: Ensuring marketing-qualified leads transition smoothly to the sales team.
- ROI Analysis: Analyzing campaign performance metrics, such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and overall marketing spend.
3. Team Leadership
- Talent Management: Hiring, training, and managing performance of sales and marketing professionals.
- Coaching & Motivation: Leading daily standups, mentoring the team, and equipping staff with the tools needed to close enterprise deals.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Bridging the gap between the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
4. Account Management & Customer Success
- Relationship Building: Establishing trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at client companies.
- Retention & Growth: Driving product adoption, processing client renewals, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Issue Resolution: Handling high-level client escalations and coordinating with internal support teams to deliver satisfactory solutions.
