Front Office Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage guest interactions and ensure a smooth front-desk operation at our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle customer inquiries, reservations, and billing efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage table reservations and walk-in guests
- Handle customer inquiries, phone calls, and online bookings
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating arrangements
- Maintain guest records and reservation logs
- Assist customers with billing and payment processes
- Address guest complaints or concerns politely and escalate when necessary
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception/front office area
- Support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives
- Maintain a positive and hospitable environment for guests
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, reception, or restaurant guest relations.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Three shifts and 9hrs working
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
