We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions and levels within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
Candidates with global recruitment experience and exposure to international hiring practices will be highly preferred. This role requires a proactive professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to on-boarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates based on job requirements, cultural fit, and organizational needs.
- Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and candidate on-boarding processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's market presence.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Global Recruitment (Preferred)
- Manage recruitment activities for international markets and global hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with overseas stakeholders and recruitment partners.
- Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and recruitment practices across different regions.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with department heads and business leaders to understand workforce requirements.
- Provide recruitment insights and recommendations to support business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent networks.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
- Support the implementation and optimization of recruitment tools, systems, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
- Experience in recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
- Exposure to global/international recruitment will be highly preferred.
