Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive at Peakvisory Accountants in Zirakpur. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, Offboarding, Attendance Management, training, and employee relations processes. He/She will also develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company's goals and employee well-being.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and Attendance management.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
