Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Revenue Matters
- Handle and coordinate matters related to revenue laws, land records, mutation, conversion, and related regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with revenue authorities and government departments for obtaining approvals, permissions, and clearances.
- Review and verify revenue records, title documents, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor changes in applicable revenue laws and regulations.
Real Estate
- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet legal agreements related to property transactions, including sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, conveyance deeds, and other property-related documents.
- Manage end-to-end legal aspects of real estate acquisitions, leasing, and transactions.
- Conduct title verification and property document scrutiny.
- Coordinate with external counsel, consultants, and government authorities on real estate matters.
Litigation Management
- Manage civil, criminal, consumer, labour, and other legal cases involving the organization.
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants for litigation matters.
- Prepare case briefs, legal notices, replies, petitions, and supporting documentation.
- Track litigation status and maintain legal records and documentation.
- Attend hearings and support case management activities where required.
Legal Due Diligence
- Conduct legal due diligence for land acquisition, business transactions, partnerships, and other projects.
- Review and assess legal risks associated with transactions and provide recommendations.
- Identify gaps, liabilities, and compliance issues during due diligence exercises.
- Prepare due diligence reports and legal opinions.

Requirements :
· Candidate must have a Law Degree.
· Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate company / Law Firm
· The candidate must be up to familiar with various civil laws, By laws, Terms & Conditions and Policies.
· Good command over Kannada language especially Reading and speaking is a must.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
