You will achieve overall business objectives for order, revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction for surgery portfolio.
You will be the Clinical and Technical Expert in Surgery portfolio and will advise the sales organization, prospects, and customers on all clinical & technical aspects of the portfolio and will qualify potential opportunities, determine optimal system configurations, and generate quotations accordingly
You will provide product training, sales tools, and marketing collateral to the entire sales force including the Regional Managers, Group Leaders and Key Account Managers to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement
You will create and deliver customized presentations and pre-sale demonstrations/ site visits to prospects based on their clinical needs of the customer
You will develop and execute strategies and tactical plans to maximize installed base retention, competitive conversion, and overall win rate
You will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide actionable feedback to sales & marketing teams to enhance product positioning, winnability and influence overall customer experience
You will work closely with marketing department to plan participation in industry events, promotional activities, workshops, developing local marketing content and clinical education initiatives
You will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in strategic accounts, fostering loyalty and driving repeat business
You will act as the modality expert, providing clinical and technical expertise across accounts to support Sales team in driving product and deal success
You will also engage with other cross functional teams like Customer service, ,Application,OTO,OTC, OTC, Logistics, project management etc to ensure timely services to the customer.
You will be responsible for the success of new product introduction to the market
You will coordinate with channel manager to ensure effective product positioning, market coverage and market penetration and will be responsible for training the channel partners and temporary staff to increase overall sales effectiveness.
You will accurately forecast monthly order intake and revenue
You will ensure knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes.
Required Skills
BE/B-Tech in Biomedical/Electronics Engineering or advanced degree with 10+ years of experience
Proven track record in Commercial Sales/ Product management experience in Surgical Capital equipments. Candidates with experience in Mobile C-arms and Hybrid OR-Cathlabs preferred.
Deep professional know-how and experience of operation theater environment
Should have worked in atleast 3 clinical segments in Surgery- Neurosurgery /Orthopedics/Trauma/Gastroenterology/Urology/Vascular Surgery/Spine surgery/Cardiac Surgery/Liver Surgery/Thoracic Surgery
Strong business acumen and solid understanding of clinical and market drivers.
Should have a customer centric mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
