Position: Program Coordinator – Udayan Shalini Fellowship (USF)
Location: Patna, Bihar | Mode: Regular | Experience: 1–5 years
About the Role:
Udayan Care is looking for a driven Program Coordinator to lead and implement the Udayan Shalini Fellowship (USF) at the chapter level. The role focuses on empowering girls through education, mentoring, and personality development while managing program operations, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of USF activities across chapters
- Build and manage relationships with donors, schools, volunteers, and government stakeholders
- Coordinate workshops, mentoring sessions, and program events
- Manage program data, documentation, and reporting
- Monitor program performance and suggest improvements
- Support fundraising efforts and donor engagement
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and program guidelines
Eligibility:
- Master’s degree in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Education or related field
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (NGO/education sector preferred)
Key Skills:

Additional Requirement:
Willingness to travel as per program needs
