Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities and inventory operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in purchasing, vendor management, inventory control, and cost optimization. Experience in both Purchase and Inventory Management is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and quality.
- Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal inventory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Compare quotations and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supplier-related issues.
- Prepare procurement and inventory reports for management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase and Inventory Management (Mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in a manufacturing, trading, or distribution company.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
