Hotel Tulip Arena is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, increasing hotel revenue, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate room, banquet, and event bookings
- Develop corporate and travel agent business
- Conduct client meetings, sales calls, and market visits
- Maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth event execution
- Prepare sales reports and maintain client database
- Promote hotel services and special packages
Eligibility:
- Graduate / MBA / Hotel Management preferred
- 1–3 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Skills Required:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Client handling and relationship management
- Basic computer and email knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
