- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
- Provide information about products and services or direct customers to the appropriate sales personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and appealing showroom appearance.
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle basic customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments or test drives (if in an automotive showroom).
- Offer refreshments and ensure customer comfort during their visit.
- Maintain customer records and assist with data entry or administrative tasks.
- Support marketing and promotional activities within the showroom
