Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant MEP discipline (B.Tech/BE).
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in construction projects.
- Strong experience in coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all MEP activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure MEP works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or coordination issues.
- Review and coordinate MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on MEP work progress.
- Coordinate between civil, architectural, and MEP teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up on material requirements, procurement, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, coordination records, and progress updates.
- Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
