Position: ETP Operator
Department: Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
Work Location: Lubrizol, Bharuch, Gujarat
Qualification: B.A. / B.Sc.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years
CTC: Up to ₹3.0 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor ETP, RO, and STP systems as per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure smooth plant operations and maintain required treatment parameters.
- Monitor and record operational data, flow rates, pH, TDS, and other process parameters.
- Carry out chemical preparation, dosing, and inventory monitoring.
- Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance activities.
- Maintain logbooks, daily reports, and operational records.
- Support troubleshooting activities to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the plant area.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies during operations.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for operational requirements.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in ETP, RO, and STP plant operations.
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and parameter monitoring.
- Basic understanding of pumps, blowers, dosing systems, and utility equipment.
- Ability to identify and report operational abnormalities.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in ETP/RO/STP operations.
- Willingness to work in shifts and at site locations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
