We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to lead and strengthen our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, payroll management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and supporting the company's overall growth and organizational development.
The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities and be capable of building a positive, productive, and performance-driven work culture.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Build talent pipelines to support company expansion and future workforce requirements.
Payroll & Compliance
- Handle monthly payroll processing and salary administration.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and legal compliance.
Employee Performance & Team Management
- Develop and implement KPI, KRA, and performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and overall team performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop employee engagement programs and retention strategies.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Organizational Development & Growth
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Create HR strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Provide HR reports and analytics to management for strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Thorough knowledge of:
- PF
- ESI
- Labour Laws
- Bonus & Gratuity
- Employment regulations
- Experience in performance management and employee appraisal systems.
- Ability to manage employee relations and organizational culture.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in HRMS software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in startup or fast-growing organizations.
- Experience in organizational development and scaling teams.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce planning.
- Experience managing teams of 50+ employees will be an added advantage.
