We’re Hiring | Call Centre Executive / Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who can convert inquiries into confirmed appointments through effective communication and relationship building over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for MRI, CT Scan, X-Ray, Sonography & Pathology inquiries
- Convert digital leads (Google, Website, WhatsApp, Campaign leads) into appointments
- Guide patients with proper investigation information, preparation, and scheduling
- Build trust and explain services, pricing, and available packages confidently
- Follow up with pending leads to maximize conversion and minimize drop-offs
- Coordinate with Front Desk & Centres to ensure smooth patient experience
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/software regularly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years experience in Call Centre / Inside Sales / Healthcare Coordination
- Experience in Diagnostic Centre, Hospital, or Healthcare Sales preferred
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi & basic English
- Excellent convincing and counselling ability over the phone
- Target-driven mindset with patient-centric approach
- Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling experience
- Ability to handle high-volume calls professionally
