Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Tele Counselor to join our Immigration & Study Abroad Consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound inquiries, counseling prospective students and immigration clients, assessing their requirements, and guiding them regarding overseas education opportunities, visa processes, immigration pathways, and related services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, counseling, and sales skills with the ability to convert leads into successful enrollments and consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to study abroad and immigration services.
- Counsel prospective students on international education opportunities, courses, universities, admission requirements, and visa procedures.
- Guide clients regarding immigration programs, work permits, visitor visas, permanent residency, and other overseas opportunities.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable study destinations, institutions, or immigration pathways.
- Schedule appointments and consultations with education counselors and immigration consultants.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messaging platforms to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Address client queries and provide timely support throughout the inquiry process.
- Achieve monthly counseling, enrollment, and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with admissions, documentation, and visa processing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and conversions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, admissions, study abroad consultancy, immigration consultancy, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and counseling skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
