We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Solar Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting solar products and services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers — while spreading awareness about renewable energy in the region.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for solar products (Rooftop, Pumping, Lighting, etc.)
- Promote government subsidy schemes to potential customers
- Organize local awareness camps, events, and community outreach programs
- Manage social media handles and digital marketing activities
- Create promotional content for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and local platforms
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and approach potential customers — residential, commercial, and agricultural
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed orders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Customer Handling:
- Explain solar product benefits, pricing, and subsidy details to customers
- Assist customers with documentation for government subsidy process
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for referrals and repeat business
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly
Coordination:
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM or Excel
- Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,500.00 per month
