We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently drive hiring for strategic, leadership, and niche positions across business and technology functions. This role requires a consultative recruiter who can partner with hiring managers, understand business priorities, build proactive talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires for critical positions.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in executive search, headhunting, and hiring passive talent while providing market insights and strategic hiring recommendations.

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for strategic, leadership, and niche positions.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, referrals, networking, and other proactive sourcing channels.

Identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates for business-critical hiring needs.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, define candidate profiles, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.

Conduct competency-based screening and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' technical capabilities, leadership potential, and cultural fit.

Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and compensation benchmarking to support hiring decisions.

Drive candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and regularly track hiring metrics, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.

Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of hiring for strategic and niche positions.

Strong experience in executive search, headhunting, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.

Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, and other modern sourcing techniques.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, structured interviewing, and competency-based assessment.

Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and providing consultative hiring support.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and hiring data to drive decisions.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Keka.

Ability to manage multiple high-priority hiring assignments in a fast-paced environment.
