About Role
We are setting up a Greenfield Fasteners (Bolts) Manufacturing Plant and are seeking an experienced HOD – Production to lead the project from concept to commissioning and oversee end-to-end production operations.
Qualification & Experience
- B.E. Mechanical (Mandatory)
- 10+ years of experience in Fasteners/Bolt Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Proven experience in setting up a greenfield manufacturing plant from concept to commissioning
- Strong expertise in fastener/bolt manufacturing, including product and process development
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and industry compliance (IS/DIN/ISO/ASTM, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in plant layout, machinery selection, and process optimization
- Ability to independently lead and manage the Production department
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards
- Willingness to relocate to Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra
