Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives for the Value Added Division across target markets and customer segments.
- Work closely with the factory sales team and production team to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
- Develop and promote value-added surface solutions through concept selling and consultative sales approaches.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, channel partners, and institutional clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements to expand the division’s reach.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and project discussions with a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely execution, product customization, and customer satisfaction.
- Support the development of sales strategies, pricing discussions, and market positioning for value-added products.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
